Shipping

There is a flat rate shipping charge of $14.95 for orders within Canada.

We do ship to the United States for a flat rate of $19.95.

If your order total reaches $175 before taxes you will get FREE shipping.

Orders ship within 3-5 days of order being placed.

Local Pickup & Delivery

We offer free local pickup in Rouleau. Orders will generally be ready within 24-72 hours and you will receive a confirmation email once your order is ready for pickup with all pickup instructions and address info.

We also offer a delivery service for those in Regina and Moose Jaw for a $5 fee. You can choose this option on the checkout page. Orders will be delivered within 48-96 hours from being placed. An email will be sent out with delivery details (date & time).

Return Policy

Returns are accepted for store credit only, we do not offer refunds or exchanges at this time.

All returns must be shipped back no later than 14 days after Canada Post says it's been delivered.

For local pick up, 14 days after order has been marked "ready for pickup" not the date you picked it up.

Sale items, accessories & bodysuits are FINAL SALE & cannot be returned.

All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. If items have makeup, deodorant, or other stains/odors, you WILL NOT be given credit.

Return shipping fees are to be covered by the customer. We do not provide shipping labels or refund shipping cost.

Damaged Items:

We thoroughly inspect items before sending them out but in the event that you do have something arrive damaged, please let us know within 3 days of receiving your order to receive a replacement or a refund. Damages caused by cutting open your package or removing hang tags will not be accepted.

Order Cancellations:

Orders cannot be cancelled after they are placed. We reserve inventory and start the order process immediately and as such, we are unable to cancel orders once they have been placed.
